Our products are 100% made in Italy so please allow us 7 days on personalized items. Your ready-to-buy should take 2-3 days for delivery. If your order contains both personalized and ready-to-buy items, please note that we will deliver to you within 7 days, so you don’t have to pay 2 shippings.

Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date. Make sure the jewelry is in the same condition you received it in, in its box with all extras included.

ATTENTION: the following collections cannot be returned: ibamboli®, ipietrosi®, ipiestroski®, inuovipiccolini®, and MystOry®.

The shipping for returned items will be at your own cost, using a courier of your choice

The ibamboli® warranty only covers manufacturing faults checked and confirmed by our expert craftsmen within 24 months from the date of proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, accidental events, natural alterations or those deriving from wear or modifications deriving from normal use of the jewel. The warranty shall be rendered invalid for any jewels that have been worked on by unauthorized laboratories and in this case Green Hill 2 USA Inc reserves the right not to carry out any further repairs requested.
